Testing of Faith!!

Jud 2:22-23,3:4
"I will use them to test Israel and see whether they will keep the way of the Lord and walk in it as their forefathers did. The Lord had allowed those nations to remain; he did not drive them..."

What/who are the enemies you are facing in your life? Do they seem to be like mountains? Or maybe you just came out of one crisis and you heaved a bigh sigh of relief, only to find that the next one is  waiting for you.  You tried everything but they seem to remain firm at their  place.  Do you still trust God? Maybe God is testing your faith!

We read here that the Israelites were not able to drive out the people of some of  the nations around them and that God was testing Israel's faithfulness to obey his commands.

Very Obviously, God tests His people even today.  The purpose of God testing His people is always to BUILD us and give us more responsibilites; to see whether we are faithful to him; never to harm or destroy us. He wants us to become MATURE, WHOLESOME &  COMPLETE.

James 1:2-4 "....testing of your FAITH develops PERSERVERANCE. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be MATURE and COMPLETE, not lacking anything."

If you are going thru difficult time, just hang on to the faith that God has given you.  God sometimes deliberately puts in difficult people, circumstances or problems in our life but when you come out of these, you will realise how God has worked in your life and changed you into something better; more than that you will realise that He was there throughout your difficult times.

We have a FAITHFUL and JUST God who never changes, who always fulfills what He has promised. So if God has promised you something hold on to it;  Dont get discouraged; it would surely come to pass in His time.

I remember few years back when a series of events shattered me totally. I went through life's most difficult times; I had literally lost everything; A friend of mine said to me, "Dason, YOU MAY HAVE LOST EVERYTHING, BUT IF YOU HAVE NOT LOST CHRIST, YOU HAVE  NOT LOST ANYTHING".  I thought he was crazy.  But that is a fact my friends. Today God has restored me and blessed me and I know that God has made me more mature and compassionaate, though I am still moving towards maturity.

In conclusion I would like to say this :
REMEMBER, NOT TO FORSAKE THE LORD OR HIS WAYS[COMMANDS] WHEN YOUR LIFE IS AT THE WORST, FOR THAT IS THE TIME THE LORD TAKES CARE THE BEST.
